Has anyone flown with EL-AL from Newark to Tel-Aviv?

when i went 5 years ago from Newark you had to take a bus on the taxiway and then climb the stairs to the airplane. it might have changed by now. i do not know. have a safe trip, el al rules. their food sucks though. its not for security reasons why they do that u know.
