Israel didn’t blockade them. They stopped giving them fuel for their power plants and instead provide them now with most of their electricity.
the fuel could be used as weapons.

Ethnic cleansing sounds fairly bad, I think the Israelis call it defending civilians. A rose by any other name, Mr Luosechi, would smell as sweet.
